1.4 The User acknowledges that the Company operates as a travel agency and may act as an intermediary between the User and third-party travel service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, travel insurance companies, and event organizers (the “Third Parties”). The Company and its independently contracted travel agents do not own, operate, or control the services provided by these Third Parties and shall not be held liable for any act, omission, delay, default, negligence, or failure of any kind on the part of such Third Parties. The User acknowledges that any bookings made through the Company are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Third Party, and the Company is not responsible for any representations made by such Third Parties.

2.1 The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice: “Client”, “User” “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person using this Website. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to the Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refer to both the Client and the Company. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and or he/she/they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore referring to the same.
